A trial date for the Harrison County man charged with sexually abusing four children in northern Harrison County has been rescheduled.
Donald Silcox was originally to stand trial Jan. 24 on three counts of sodomy in the first degree (victim less than 12 years old), four counts of use of a minor in a sexual performance and first degree sexual abuse (victim less than 12 years old).
His jury trial has been moved to March 22 at 9 a.m. in Harrison Circuit Court.
A final pretrial conference in the case will be held March 19.
