Northside Elementary school is on lockdown after the school received a letter in the mail of “questionable content” last Thursday morning.
The situation remains under investigation by the Cynthiana Police Department, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and the United States postal service.
“There is no danger at this point to any students, teachers or employees,” said Cynthiana police officer Scott Loechel.
Loechel said the mail of “questionable content” is still being examined by a postal inspector.
