School board posthumously honors England and White

The Harrison County Board of Education paid tribute to two people the school system has lost recently.

The meeting began with a moment of silence for Goebel White, who worked for the system for 51 years - 47 of those as a bus driver, and board member Joe England.

White died last Friday and England died in February.

Englands legacy was commemorated with a few other actions and presentations.
