After months of vet visits and constant attention from numerous community supporters, Harley has been given a clean bill of health.
During his last trip to the Harrison County Vet Clinic, Dr. Jim Rice described the once skin and bones canine as being “fat enough.”
Harley, who was taken from his 203 W. Penn St. in September, was the victim of an alleged animal cruelty case where he was found in the basement of the home severely underweight.
