Reunions

HCHS CLASS OF 1998

The class of 1998 is holding their 10th reunion Sept. 13 at the Ramada Inn, 2143 N. Broadway, Lexington, Ky. Tickets will be $30 per person and $50 per couple. Invitations will be sent.

CRAIG-STEWART-

CLEAVER

The Craig-Stewart-Cleaver family reunion will be held Aug. 24 at Blue Licks State Resort Park in the lower shelter house. A potluck meal will be served at 1 p.m.

EARLYWINE

The annual reunion of the late Harley and Lula Kelley Earlywine will be held Aug. 17, 2008 at the Fleming County RECC shelter in Flemingsburg. A potluck lunch will be served at 1 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.

MULLIGAN

The descendants of George Lewis Mulligan (1844-1923) and Mary William Ritchie (1850-1943) will hold their annual reunion Saturday, Sept. 6 at the Harrison County Fairgrounds 4-H building.

The reunion will start at 11 a.m. with lunch served at 12:30 p.m. Attendees should bring a meat dish, covered dish, drinks and utensils to be shared by everyone.

Lewis and Mary had nine children: James Layfayette (1872-1961), William Henry (1875-1956), Mattie Elizabeth (Frank) Jones (1877-1969), Samuel (1880-1968), Thomas (1883-1959), Charley Taylor (1885-1930), Mary Louisa (Royal Zebadee) New (1888), John Newton (1891-1957), and Julie Frances (Stonewall Jackson) Sowder (1894-1965).

The auction is back. Bring good used, workable items to be auctioned. Also bring non-perishable food item for a needy family member or the local food pantry.

OCULL, DAVENPORT

The OCull and Davenport Reunion will be held at Fleming-Mason Energy Auditorium, Flemingsburg, Ky. on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008. The potluck meal will be served at approximately 12:30 p. m. There will be no auction. Table service and ice will be provided.
