March 14 -- Cynthiana Country Club dining room, 93%, test strips need to be located by the dish washing facility, meat slicer needs to be maintained, door handles cleaned, thermometers provided, ceiling leaks and paint repairs.
March 15 -- Parkside Manor, 100%.
