RESTAURANT INSPECTIONS

March 11 -- Shadynook Store, 100%.

March 24 -- St. Edward cafeteria, 98%, food containers not to be re-used for storage.

March 30 -- Walmart Grocery, upper surface of rotisserie needs to be cleaned, pet food spill in warehouse storage, case in defrost.

April 9 -- Eastside Cafeteria, 100%.

April 9 -- Claysville Store, 95%, slicer needs clearning, threshold in kitchen needs to be replaced, holes in floor need repair, thermometer needed in freezer, floors need sweeping.

April 22 -- Apple Market, food service 97%, inside of oven needs to be cleaned, retail shelving separation of toxic items and food and personal care items; keep box ID and lot numbers with lunch food or it is subdivided; need test strip kit for three way sink.

April 9 -- Biancke’s, 98%, watch hot holding temps, floors and walls need to be in good repair.

April 9 -- Elks Club, 98%, prep table needs repair, freezing unit by grill is off balance.

May 7 -- McDonald’s, 98%, service conduit/piping through the floor needs cleaning and capped; handles and exterior of equipment and appliances need cleaning.
