Skateboarders may soon have a new home after city commissioners issued the Cynthiana-Harrison County Recreation Department a deadline for relocation of the skate park at Tuesday evening’s Cynthiana City Commission meeting.
“We all agree that we have to have a place for the skateboarders,” said Commissioner Mark Mattmiller. “There was no question about that.”
Mattmiller said the recreation board met last Thursday and decided to relocate the skateboarding equipment to another location.
