To the editor:
Being a genealogist, historian, researcher and all around “facts” nut. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy your articles in “Museum Musings.”
I buy the newspaper just to read that article.
I do not know who writes it, but I do know it takes time to find things that interest this fast paced world we live in today. I only wish it were longer and more early. Say early 1800’s to late 1890’s. Although I do appreciate any thing that is written. It gives a glimpse into where we came from. I wish I could have been born a hundred years sooner. I know there was hardships and suffering, but we still have that today, just in a different way.
I know my grandparents were happy. they had time to sit and talk to me. I don’t even get to see my grandchildren but a few times a year.
I wonder if anyone today even cares what happened 200 years ago. I for one do and I hope you will always keep Museum Musings and if possible, enlarge it.
