May 23 at 8:20 p.m. -- Matthew Wolfe, 26, Jeffersonville, Ky., was arrested on a bench warrant from Harrisonee^District Court for terroristic threatening third degree.

May 23 at 9:51 p.m. -- Terri Choate, 38, Cynthiana, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., first offense.

May 24 at 5:30 p.m. -- Dwayne Moore, 24, Berry, was issued a criminal summons from Pendleton District Court for theft by deception including cold checks.
