May 7 at 11:10 a.m. -- John Malone, 29, Cynthiana, was issued a summons for harassment.

May 7 at 2:55 p.m. -- Darrin Hounchell, 42, Cynthiana, was issued a citation for flagrant non-support.

May 8 at 11:35 a.m. -- Melvin R. Sparks Jr., 29, Berry, was arrested on a bench warrant for non-support.
