May 7 -- At 7:59 a.m., police investigated a domestic violence case, which originated at a residence on Water Street. The alleged victim made her report at the police department. She was taken to Harrison Memorial Hospital and later Air Cared to Lexington for treatment of a broken neck.
May 7 -- At 9:56 p.m., Kevin Duncan reported that he had been receiving harassing phone calls on his cell phone and home telephone.
May 7 -- At 10:40 p.m., police were called to Parkside Manor.
