Jan. 1 At 12:02 a.m., police arrested Anthony W. Kerr for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing and terroristic threatening. According to the report filed by Sgt. Tim Wells, Kerr acted out violently during the arrest.Jan. 1 At 9:46 a.m., a report was made regarding an apparent break-in at the Clothes Closet and the Child Support office.
