Organizers invite community to MLK Day events

We are proud to announce once again that on Jan. 19, 2009 we will be Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Day. We are celebrating this wonderful day with a march starting at 10 a.m. at Ebenezer United Methodist Church. The length of march will be determined by the weather and yet not unbearable. We are hoping for a big turn out with much more participation than ever. The march will leads us back to Ebenezer United Methodist Church where we will have our special services. Our guest speaker for the day will be Mary Evans Sias. Please come out and fellowship with us and make this a great event. Refreshments will be served afterwards

Also on this day the Central Kentucky Blood Mobile will be set up on the west end of the church on Maple Street for those of you who would like to be blood donors for the day. Let’s start 2009 with great hopes of making “Unity In Our Community” much stronger.
