Nominations needed for Chamber Awards Banquet, location changed

The Cynthiana-Harrison County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for recipients for the 42nd Awards Banquet.
The banquet will be held on Friday, Feb. 24, at the Harrison County Extension Office.
To nominate an individual for a specific category, a brief resume of accomplishments and letter stating why they are deserving of the award (no longer than a page and a half) should be sent or dropped off to the Chamber of Commerce building.
Winners and their families from each category will be present to accept awards. Categories include;
• Business of the year
• Citizen of the year
• Educator of the year
• Farmer of the year
• Volunteer of the year
• Health care worker of the year.

Nominations must be submitted no later than Friday, Feb. 10.
