New Lair Road crossing will be closed Wednesday, Feb. 27

The CSX Railroad crossing on New Lair Road at 3M,  Bullard and the National Guard Armory will be closed Wednesday, Feb. 27, beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing through about 2 p.m., according to Cynthiana Mayor Steve Moses.
Moses announced at Tuesday’s city commission meeting that a rail was busted at the crossing and CSX will be making the repairs Wednesday.
Traffic will be diverted through Cynthiana, he said.
