Robert Meadows Jr., 45, was indicted Tuesday on charges of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.
According to the four-count indictment, Meadows is alleged to have committed first degree sexual abuse by subjecting the girl to sexual contact when she was incapable of providing consent because she was less than 12 years old.
The grand jury claims that the three incidents occurred between March 1, 2010, and Feb. 28, 2011.
Meadows is also charged with being a persistent felony offender.
