Two years ago, the taxpaying voters of Cynthiana elected a new set of officials into our public offices. Two years ago, those same officials were only candidates who ran campaigns with slogans like, Its time for change or Together we can make it happen.

After two years of this new leadership, it is painfully obvious that change must mean that we went from a payor who made numerous positive strides forward to a mayor who has, to date, failed to deliver on even one major campaign promise.
