Layney Harper Williams was born to Marty and Karen Williams of Leitchfield, Ky. on Feb. 6, 2013 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.
She weighed 6 lbs. 10.7 oz., and is welcomed by her brother, Marritt Williams and sister, Sara Williams.
Maternal grandparents are Ronnie and Shelia Harp; maternal great-grandparents are the late Vernia Mae and Woodrow England and the late Sara Elizabeth and James Russell Harp, all of Cynthiana.
