Keeping babies safe is goal of CFD program

Every parent wants to make sure their newest arrival is protected.
For nine months they have been safely tucked away in Mom’s belly and now they need outside protection.
When they are in a vehicle, that protection comes in the form of a car seat.
And, to ensure that car seats are being used at maximum safety, Cynthiana firefighters have gone through rigorous training for correct car seat installation.
Specifically, Cynthiana has nine certified “child restraint system technicians.”
