The three-day trial that was set for Kay Brown next week has been postponed.
Brown appeared in Harrison Circuit Court Tuesday with her court-appointed attorney James Beckett.
Beckett told Judge Jay Delaney that they were asking for a continuance of the trial to allow more time to go through the high volume of documents.
Commonwealth Attorney Doug Miller acknowledged that there was a large amount of evidence to examine and agreed to the continuance of the trial.
