Barbara Snopek presents a check to Anna Hall, recipent of the Judy Mitchell Letcher Scholarship. Hall is attending Morehead State University. Attending the presentation were: from left, Snopek, Hall, Paula Taylor (aunt), Ruth McNabb (grandmother), and Lourena Judy (cousin).
