Two cases that were heard in Harrison District Court on Monday will go directly to the grand jury for consideration of indictment.
David C. Moore, 25, who is charged with the injuring his 4-month-old child, will be moved to Harrison Circuit Court.
It was reported last week that Moore’s infant is expected to make a full recovery and that he has been released from Children’s Hospital.
Moore remains in the Bourbon County Detention Center under a $5,000 cash bond. The judge denied any bail credit for time served.
