Harrison County HOSA members attended the KY HOSA State Conference in Louisville, Ky., March 7-10. The students competed in a variety of events. Those receiving awards were: Ana Valentin and Jessica Young - first place, Outstanding HOSA Chapter; Danni Kemplin - first, Chapter Newsletter; Allison Cordray, Katlynn Horschler, Deborah McNees and Alisha Bledsoe - first, Health Education; Macy Gasser - first, Extemporaneous Poster; Sara Barnett - second, Health Care Issues Exam; Wes Barnett - fourth, Medical Math; Mikayla Fryman - fifth Medical Photography; and Ben Anness - fifth, Sports Medicine. The chapter advisor is Ellie Pribble, RN.
