Harrison County Community Action Council staff would like to say thank you to the following organizations and people for helping to make our annual Head Start Picnic a huge success. Thank you to the Harrison County Volunteer Fire Department, the Cynthiana City Fire Department, and the Cynthiana Public Library, Browns EMS Service and also to McDonald’s for their donations. A special thanks to Susan French and Kens for their help and Judge Alex Barnett for his continual support of our program.
