HCHS to host track invitational today

It will be a tough task, but the Harrison County Fillies and Thorobreds track teams will both be seeking to repeat as team champions today as they are hosting the 39th annual Harrison County Invitational Track Meet.

Both teams have been hit hard by graduation losses the last couple of years and both are showing some growing pains in trying to reload.

Twelve varsity teams are expected to arrive at Ingles Stadium this afternoon in time for the 5:30 start of field events. Running events are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
