HCHS Dance team competes at BCHS, to hold clinic Jan. 25

On Saturday, Jan. 5, the Harrison County High School Dance team competed in the AmeriDance Competition at Bourbon County High School. The team competed in solo, duo, and group dances.

The team received the following awards: first-Varsity Jazz; first-Varsity Hip Hop; first-Individual (Laura Jackson); first-Duo (Kelsi Strawzell and Laura Jackson); third-Duo (Charli Anderson and Brittney Lynch); and first-Overall Top Varsity Score. Jackson also received the Just Keep Dreaming Dance Scholarship. The team looks forward to performing these dances at upcoming basketball games.
