The state of Kentucky is expected to receive $3 billion in stimulus funding and Harrison County will come close to receiving $3 million.
Rep. Tom McKee said stimulus funding is determined by each community’s need.
“A lot of it is specified by the federal government,” McKee said. “It comes with strings attached.”
