April 25 at 5:18 p.m. -- injury, Ky 36 West, Cassandra F. Shelton, 28, Erlanger, Ky., driving a 2002 Ford Ranger, struck Donald D. Kiskaden, 29, Cynthiana, driving a 2000 Dodge Intrepid.

April 30 at 4:18 p.m. -- non-injury, US 62 East, Brian W. Jett, 23, Mt. Olivet, Ky., driving a 1999 Mercury Mystique, struck a parked 2002 Buick Park Avenue.

May 3 at 6:15 p.m. -- injury, US 27 North, Stacie Eckler, 30, Cynthiana, driving a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, struck Erik Berry, 29, Berry, driving a 1992 Oldsmobile 98.
