The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
Aug. 2 – At 11:35 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 32. Steven Short was traveling on KY 32 when he lost control of his vehicle and exited the road and struck a wire fence.
Aug. 6 – At 2:20 p.m., an injury accident was reported on Blackburn Road. Angel Montgomery was driving in a curve on Blackburn Lane when she lost control and struck a ditch-line before overturning.
Aug. 6 – At 1:05 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36. James Snapp was traveling on KY 36 when he lost control of his vehicle and flipped on its side.
Aug. 9 – At 10:53 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Edgewater. Jackie Rhodus was traveling on Edgewater when she lost control in a curve and ran through a fence before coming to a rest in a field.
Aug. 8 – At 9:24 p.m., Angel Spurlock reported that someone had entered her home on New Lair Road and caused damage to her side door and window screen.
Aug. 6 – At 9:10 a.m., George Switzer reported that someone had entered his property on KY 36 and took a Craftsmans three-drawer tool box, a Homelite chainsaw and a grinder.
Aug. 2 – At 9:48 a.m., a custody dispute was reported on Grover Criswell Road.
Aug. 5 – At 9:30 p.m., Robert Perkins reported that someone stole his Kobalt tool box from his residence on US 27.
Aug. 6 – At 12:13 p.m., Summer Ward reported that she had $110 cash stolen from her and then was dragged by a car down Commonwealth Lane.
Aug. 7 – At 9:22 p.m., Gay Johnson-Dennis reported that she was involved in a physical altercation on Ky 1284.
Aug. 7 – At 2 p.m., Susan Mannis reported that she had been receiving harassing communications.
Aug. 6 – At 5:45 p.m., Rhonda Fryman reported that someone had come onto her property on KY 1842 and took two sets of cultivators.
Aug. 4 – At 2:30 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Jack Smith, 71, for contempt of court and theft by deception including cold checks.
Aug. 7 – At 9:15 a.m., an arrest warrant was served on Hope White, 37, for operating a vehicle while under the influence and second degree wanton endangerment.
