Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
May 8 – At 1:20 a.m., a non injury accident was reported on KY 36. Juanita Harvey was traveling on KY 36 when she lost control of her vehicle and damaged two yards and struck a culvert before coming to a final rest.
May 8 – At 7:45 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36. Tamra Freirmuth was traveling on KY 36 when her car hydroplaned causing her to cross both lanes of traffic and into an earth embankment.
May 4 – At 6:35 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 356. Adam Mattox was traveling on KY 356 when an older model truck crossed into his lane causing him to hit a guardrail in order to keep from hitting the vehicle head-on.
May 5 – At 12:30 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392. Jessie Barnett was traveling on KY 392 when she rounded a curve and hit a dog in the middle of the road.
CASE REPORTS
May 3 – At 10:42 p.m., Wagoner Perrin reported that someone had broken into his home on Durbintown Road and stole approximately $1,200 cash.
May 8 – At 12 p.m., James Sosbe reported that Tony Treadway had still failed to transfer a vehicle into his name.
CITATIONS
May 5 – At 11:25 a.m., a bench warrant was served on 30, for fourth degree assault.
May 5 – At 10:30 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Lee Tolliver, 55, for harassing communications.
May 5 – At 11:55 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Mark Wasson, 44, for failure to maintain required insurance.
May 5 – At 3:45 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Andrew Bryant, 19, for receiving stolen property under $500.
May 7 – At 8:35 a.m., a service for an arrest warrant was served on Timothy Maybrier, 41, for first degree trafficking a controlled substance.
May 9 – At 10:30 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Noel Riddle, 40, for improper equipment.
May 10 – At 11:03 p.m., Charles Hornsby, 58, was arrested by Harrison County Sheriff’s Deputies for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
