Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

April 28 – At 6:43 p.m., a non injury accident was reported on Stringtown Webber Road. Ricky Johnson was traveling on Stringtown Webber Road when he said a tan vehicle caused him to drive off the road resulting in him hitting a tree.
April 28 – at 3:54 p.m., a non injury accident was reported on Allen Pike. Mitchell Bryant was traveling on Allen Pike when a deer entered the road way causing him to hit the deer.
April 26 – At 11:45 a non injury accident was reported on US 62. Johnathan Jones was traveling on US 62 when a dog entered the roadway causing him to the hit the dog.
March 1 – At 3:49 p.m., a non injury accident was reported on US 62. Joe Rorer was traveling on US 62 when the back two tires of his dump truck fell off.
March 1 – At 2 p.m., a non injury accident was reported on Newtown Leesburg Road. Phillip Kincade was attempting to pull out of a driveway and failed to see a parked vehicle owned by George Parker and struck the vehicle.
March 3 – At 10:35 a.m., a non injury accident was reported on KY 1842. Janet Powell was driving on KY 1842 when she went to pick up an item out of the floor board and ran off the road causing her to hit a utility pole and a wire fence.
CASE REPORTS
April 26 – At 5 p.m., Phillip Brewer reported that someone had shot his truck with a pellet gun.
April 17 – 4:36 p.m., Katherine Price reported that someone had forced open her back door and stole a Dell computer, flat screen television, a jewelry box and various other items at her home located on Fourth Street, Berry.
April 28 – At 2:49 p.m., Carlene Eckler reported that a dog belonging to Edward Golden had broken one of her windows by jumping through it.
April 29 – At 3:06 p.m., Debbie Stephens reported that her daughter had been missing for over 24 hours.
April 17 – At 6:05 p.m., Richard Arnold reported that his home on Smalley Branch Road had been broken into and several pieces of jewelry were taken.
April 29 – At 7:35 a.m., Ralph Wiglesworth reported that Kevin Morris had stolen several pieces of metal and farm goods from his property on Sweetcorn Lane.
March 4:24 p.m., Robert Workman reported that a dog had bitten him while he went to pick up his neighbor for work on Allen Pike.
March 1 – At 5:57 p.m., Deputy Tuan Kreer reported that he had been threatened by Michael King while he was trying to arrest him.
CITATIONS
April 27 – At 9:35 a.m., an arrest warrant was served on Cory Kinser, 29, for receiving stolen property.
April 29 – At 10:54 a.m., Kevin Morris, 33, was arrested for failure to give proper signal, operating on a suspended license and failure to maintain required insurance.
April 30 – At 10 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Sonja Carr, 21, for theft by deception including cold checks.
March 3 – At 9:05 a.m., an indictment warrant was served on Larry Wachter Jr., 24, for theft by unlawful taking of a firearm and others.
