Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
March 17 – At 10:45 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 1298. Tony King struck a deer and ran off the road.
March 18 – At 5:34 p.m., an injury accident was reported on US 62. Elizabeth Gross was traveling on US 62 when her car dropped off the side of the road causing her to over correct and drive across the oncoming lane of traffic and into a ditch where she hit a tree.
March 20 – At 3:04 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36. Floyd Ashcraft was traveling on KY 36 when he lost control of his motorcycle and drove down an embankment.
March 14 – At 11 p.m., Shannon Choate reported that someone had driven through his fence and left the scene without notifying him.
March 9 – At 8 a.m., Jarrett Moore reported that someone had loosened the lug nuts on his car tire.
March 18 – At 11:15 p.m., Robert Perkins reported that he was hit by an individual while he was picking up items at his girlfriend’s house.
March 16 – At 9:46 a.m., a bench warrant was served on Erika Hayes, 27, for contempt of court.
March 16 – At 2:50 p.m., Steven Roach II, 31, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and operating on a suspended license.
March 18 – At 2:45 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Kenneth Collins, 25, for fourth degree assault and second degree disorderly conduct.
March 21 – At 6:25 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Johnathan Hawkins, 26, for shoplifting.
March 22 – At 9:30 a.m., an arrest warrant was served on Cassandra Broshears, 18, for second degree burglary.
March – At 10 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Wayne Fitzgerald, 86, for Harrison County Circuit Court.
March 16 – At 10:20 a.m., a bench warrant was served on Richard Johnson, 28, for speeding 15 mph over speed limit, no registration plates and no registration receipt.
