Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

Feb. 26 – At 7:08 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on New Lair Road. Shannon Cheek was traveling on New Lair Road and her vehicle was struck in the side by a deer.
Feb. 28 – At 6:15 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 62. Danille Schwartz was traveling on US 62 when she hit the deer.
Fab. 28 – At 8:55 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 1054. Benjamin Arroyo was traveling on KY 1054 when he rounded a curve and lost control of his vehicle, causing him to hit a mailbox and barn before coming to a final rest.
Feb. 24 – At 10:30 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 32. Richard Phillips Jr. was traveling on KY 32 when a strong crosswind caused his tractor and trailer to drop off the side of the road and hit a utility pole.

Feb. 24 – At 1:55 p.m., Larry Clem reported that he let someone use his 12-foot Jon boat and that person had sold it for junk without his permission.
Feb. 26 – At 8:15 p.m., Stevie Neace reported that he was being harassed by his ex-girlfriend.
Feb. 27 – At 12:30 p.m., Kathryn Ridiman reported that someone had contacted her daughter and threatened to do harm to her.
Feb. 27 – At 12 p.m., Laura Arnold reported that Karen Campbell had sold her a car that had a lean on it.
Feb. 28 – At 1:30 p.m., James Sosbe reported that he had a domestic dispute with his father Jimmy Sosbe.
March 1 – At 9:06 a.m., Ashley Rice reported that someone opened her car and took her wallet and two car radios.
Feb. 24 – At 2:45 p.m., Juanita Wornall reported that someone had taken several checks and forged her signature to obtain money.
Feb. 20 – At 12:12 p.m., Justin Anderson reported that someone had thrown a brick through the back glass of his truck and caused damage to the inside dash.
CITATIONS
Feb. 25 – At 4:23 p.m., Hansel Colemire, 71, was stoped for speeding 16 miles over the speed limit.
Feb. 26 – At 12:34 a.m., Dustin Knight, 21, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Feb. 26 – At 3:17 a.m., Juanita McKenzie, 49, was arrested for fourth degree assault.
Feb. 26 – At 3:04 a.m., Joe McKenzie, 41, was arrested for fourth degree assault.
Feb. 26 – At 1:51 a.m., Leslie Reeves, 31, was given a court date as a result to a fourth degree assault dispute.
Feb. 27 – At 3:50 p.m., an arrest warrant was served on Constance Carter, 60, for local animal violations and second degree cruelty to animals.
Feb. 28 – At 9:05 a.m., Benjamin Arroyo, 24, was given a citation due to no operators license.
Feb. 27 – At 12:10 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Nadine Haynes, 57, for Harrison District Court.
Feb. 27 – At 11:05 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Tessa Robinson, 18, for Harrison District Court.
Feb. 28 – At 1:25 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Miller Commodore, 41, for probation violation.
Feb. 28 – At 3:50 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Stephen Richards, 41, for being in contempt of court.
