Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

Feb. 8 – At 3:26 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392. William Cash was traveling on KY 392 when a deer jumped in front of him.
Feb. 17 – At 10:40 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 27. Tammy Fuller was traveling on Us 27 when she lost control of her vehicle and hit a culvert.
Feb. 16 – At 1:40 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 1842. Christopher Woolums was driving on KY 1842 and pulled up to a stop sign where he was hit by James Petty who failed to stop at a stop sign.
Feb. 17 – At 1:15 p.m., an injury accident was reported on Keller Waits Road. Justin Wills was traveling on Keller Waits Road when he crested the top of a hill and was hit head-on by a vehicle driven by Jenny Lynn Hatter.
Feb. 16 – At 5:22 p.m., Barbara Hayes reported that her home had been burglarized and a Dell computer, 42 inch television and a digital camera were taken.
Feb. 21 – At 8:38 p.m., Rujeania Milner reported that two game cameras, a flat screen television and radio had been stolen from her home on KY 1032.
Feb. 22 – At 5:43 p.m., Larry Croft reported that he had a verbal confrontation with his neighbor John Burge.
Feb. 21 – At 4:30 p.m., Cindy May reported that she had been receiving threatening text messages from someone who is not to have contact with her.
Feb. 18 – At 8:49 a.m., Bud Whitaker reported that someone had stolen his ATV from his residence located on Rocky Ford Road.
Feb. 19 – At 4:50 p.m., Debbie Stephens reported that her home was broken into and a television, a Nook and other electronics were taken from her residence on Blakes Lane.
Feb. 22 – At 11:15 a.m., Franklin Howard reported that several items had been moved from his residence without permission including several trailer parts, 10 tire rims, furniture, two gas stoves, 40 iron posts and 40 volt wagon carburetors.
Feb. 9 – At 11:50 a.m., Michelle Cook reported that someone had entered her home and taken 70 DVD movies, Dell computer, an LG cellphone and other items.
Feb. 17 – At 8:30 a.m., two criminal summonses were issued for Toni Thompson, 44, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Feb. 17 – At 6:05 p.m., Jeffrey Justice, 38, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
Feb. 22 – At 4:35 p.m., an arrest warrant was served on Tara Fryman, 28, for a bench warrant for two counts of second degree escape.
Feb. 22 – At 2:55 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Victoria Williams, 48, for theft by decpetion including cold checks.
Feb. 23 – At 10:15 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Rita Gill, 56, for theft by deception including cold checks.
