The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
Dec. 9 -- At 8:33 a.m. a non-injury accident occured on US 62 two miles outside of town. Ross Jacobson lost control of his vehicle and hit a fence.
Dec. 13 – At 7:50 a.m., a non-injury two-vehicle accident occurred on US 62 over a mile from downtown. Eric O’Brien was turning left into Rick’s Auto when he with a vehicle driven by David Duncan in the oncoming lane.
Dec. 14 – At 7:41 a.m., a non-injury two-vehicle accident occurred on Hicks Pike 4 miles outside of downtown. Taylor Fry was driving on an the roadway when a patch of ice sent him sliding toward a car driven by Kevin Moore. The collision sent Fry’s car off the road and into a plank fence.
Dec. 9 -- At 7:16 p.m., Cynthia Sexton reported that someone stole over $400 from her home.
Dec. 10 -- At 2 p.m., Bill Roseberry reported that someone had cut the farm fence where he keeps his horses. The horses escaped through the hole in the fence.
Dec. 7 -- At 11:28 a.m., a bench warrant was executed against Amanda Johnson, 32, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking under $500.
Dec. 9 -- At 1:35 p.m., a becnh warrant was executed against Jouna Hanible on charges of 4th degree assault, menacing and disorderly conduct in the 2nd degree.
Dec. 9 -- At 9:30 a.m. a bench warrant was executed in family court against Jesi Godman.
Dec. 9 -- At 3:20 p.m., a bench warrant was executed against Jessica Commodore, 25, for flagrant non-support.
Dec. 9 -- At 3:40 p.m. a bench warrant was executed against John Malone, 32, for contempt of court.
Dec. 9 -- At 2:36 p.m., a bench warrant was executed against David Warrington, 32, for operating on a suspended license.
Dec. 13 -- At 9:00 a.m., a criminal summons for Scott County Circuit Court was issued to Ryan Bennett on charges of receiving stolen property and probation violation for felony offense.
