The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
Nov. 16 -- At 9:00 a.m., Mitchell Mattox reported damage done to the rear passenger side of his car. A cow is suspected.
Nov. 19 -- At 2:48 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 62 four miles outside of town. Matthew Campbell was making a left turn onto the highway and failed to see James Ritchie coming up the road.
Nov. 20 -- At 9:15 a.m., an injury accident occurred on KY 32 over eight miles outside of town. Paul Tucker of Sadieville reported that he was talking with a passenger in his car when he left the road and struck a concrete culvert. He left the scene and later called for an ambulance.
Nov. 20 -- At 10:21 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 27 ten miles outside of town. Felicia Tolle struck a deer.
Nov. 22 -- At 3:04 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on KY 1842 six miles outside of town. Jerry Hauk struck a deer.
Nov. 22 -- At 10:17 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred at the intersection of U.S. 27 and Bypass Road (U.S. 62). Jama Rose reported that she was stopped behind a car at the traffic light. When the light turned green, the car ahead continued to sit at the light for a long period of time. Rose, deciding to go around the vehicle, backed into a car driven by Kristie Faulkner. Faulkner said she was test driving the car from Dan Cummins auto sales in Paris.
Nov. 22 -- 10:15 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on KY 1842 nine miles outside of town. Gretchen Goodlett, driving on a suspended DUI license, lost control of her car and crashed into a wire fence and wooden posts. Deputies tested .051 on the PBT and had an odor of alcohol.
Nov. 24 -- At 10:13 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on KY 356 seven miles outside of town. Herbert Franklin of Georgetown lost control of his car when a tire blew in a curve. He went off the road a struck a farm fence.
Nov. 25 -- At 10:39 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 62 three miles outside downtown. Mark Hudgins struck a deer.
Nov. 14 -- At 6:34 p.m., Robert and Erin Hamilton reported that someone had trespassed on their farm and stole a hunting blind and trail camera. Individuals have been observed trespassing on their farm since then. Three deer carcasses were left at their farm entrance for unknown reasons.
Nov. 16 -- At 11:46 a.m., Joseph Henson reported that someone had broken into his home under construction and stole tools.
Nov. 19 -- At 12:00 a.m., June Kearns reported that someone had entered her property and stolen tools.
Nov. 21 -- At 1:00 p.m., Arthur Whitaker reported that someone had stolen several items of farm equipment and tools, including chainsaw, weed eaters, and barbed wire.
Nov. 22 -- At 10 a.m., Amy Caudill reported that someone broke into her home between Nov. 16 to Nov. 19 and stole thousands of dollars in cash and jewelry.
Nov. 24 -- At 1:55 p.m., George Hughes reported that someone had broken into property that he owned and taken a wood-burning stove and heater.
Nov. 27 -- At 11:30 a.m., Becky Jenkins reported that someone illegally used her debit card to buy a yellow-colored I-phone.
Nov. 28 -- At 12:42 p.m., Gene Price, Jr. reported the suspected theft of a tool box with several tools.
Nov. 29 -- At 12:13 p.m., Richard Dixon reported that someone burglarized his residence and stole two shotgun and television.
Nov. 30 -- At 9:30 p.m., Kevin Soard reported that someone had done damage to property owned by Charlene Craycraft. Soard and Craycraft reported hearing sounds of rocks being thrown and someone kicking the trailer.
Nov. 12 -- At 11:34 a.m., a criminal summons was issued to Patrick Moore, 20, on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
Nov. 14 -- At 9:00 a.m. a summons was issued to Robert Scrudder, 37, on a charge of failure to appear.
Nov. 21 -- At 2:00 p.m., Matthew McIlvain, 38, was arrested on Riggs Avenue in downtown Cynthiana on charges of public intoxication with a controlled substance, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. McIlvain was found asleep in the driver’s seat of his car with the motor running.
Nov. 23 -- At 11:13 a.m., a criminal summons was issued to Dean R. Adams, 43, on a charge of theft by deception for cold checks under $500.
Nov. 23 -- At 3:50 p.m., a criminal summons was issued to Vicky Howard, 48, on a charge of theft by deception for cold checks under $500.
Nov. 23 -- At 10:00 a.m., a criminal summons was issued to Darren Wilson, 37, for local code violations.
Nov. 25 -- At 1:06 p.m., an arrest warrant was served against Jonathon Patrick, 22, issued by the Harrison Family Court.
Nov. 27 -- At 10:00 a.m., a criminal summons was issued to Taryn Seaman, 27, from Harrison District Court.
Dec. 2 -- At 11:30 a.m., a bench warrant was executed against Johnathon Baker, 28, for several charges including receiving stolen property under $500, failure to illuminate head lamps, intermediate licensing violations, and failure to notify address change to department of transportation.
