Traffic Cases
Nov. 15 -- At 7:32 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred on US 62 about 10 miles outside of Cynthiana. Shelby Avery lost control of his vehicle on a rain-slick road and crashed into a guardrail.
Nov. 19 -- At 7:20 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on US 27 nine miles outside of town. Kelli Anderson struck a deer.
Nov. 19 -- At 5:35 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred in US 62 over 11 miles outside of town. Christy Hesler of Mount Olivet struck a dog.
Nov. 20 -- At 7:55 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred five miles out of town on US 62. James Fryman struck a deer.
CASE REPORTS
Nov. 13 -- At 2 p.m., Chester McCauley reported that several items were stolen from his barn.
Nov. 16 -- At 11:10 a.m., Henry Darnell reported that someone entered his barn and stole several items.
Nov. 18 -- At 6 p.m., Pam McCauley reported that she had several pieces of metal stolen from her property.
CITATIONS
Nov. 15 -- At 12:47 a.m., arrest warrants were executed against Jonathon Edwards, 32, on charges of receiving stolen property under $10,000 and under $5,000.
Nov. 15 -- At 10:30 a.m., a criminal summons was served to Marvin Conn, 46, on a charge of theft  by deception, cold checks under $500.
Nov. 15 -- At 12:50 p.m. bench warrants were issued for Amber Cunnagin, 26, on charges of theft by unlawful taking under $10,000, probation violation, second degree burglary, and theft of a firearm.
Nov. 16 -- At 11:45 a.m., criminal summons was issued to Amy Martin on a charge of violating probation.
Nov. 17 -- At 3:16 p.m., Ashley Gerstein, 21, was arrested on a charge of 4th degree assault, domestic violence.
Nov. 17 -- At 11:25 p.m., Amanda Grissom, 28, was arrested for 2nd degree disorderly conduct while at the sheriff’s office.
Nov. 18 -- At 1:45 p.m., a bench warrant was executed against Jennifer Moore, 37, for fraudulent use of a credit card under $500.
Nov. 18 -- At 2:10 p.m., a bench warrant was executed against Brent Leigh, 34, for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
Nov. 18 -- At 2:30 p.m., a bench warrant was executed against Chad Kiskaden, 32, for theft by deception, writing cold checks under $500.
Nov. 18 -- At 4:25 p.m., a criminal summons was issued to Megan Allen for two charges on theft by deception, including cold checks under $500.
Nov. 19 -- At 2:30 p.m. a criminal summons was issued to James Sowder on a charge of intentional breach of compulsory attendance.
Nov. 21 -- At 9:47 a.m., a bench warrant was executed against April Asher, 33, on three charges: receiving stolen property under $500, possession of drug paraphrenalia, and probation violation..
Nov. 21 -- At 9:47 a.m., a bench warrant was executed against JB Asher for receiving stolen property under $500.
Nov. 21 - At 10:40 a.m.,  a bench warrant was executed against Eric Lewis, 22, on charges of trafficking in controlled substances (less than 2 grams of Heroin), persistent felony offender, theft by unlawful taking under $500, theft by deception, cold checks under $500.
