Collision Report
Sept. 16 -- At 8:45 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on KY 392 5.3 miles outside of town. Deborah Goheen was driving west on KY 392 when her car slid on oil in the roadway and struck small trees.
Sept. 16 -- At 8:50 a.m. an injury accident occurred on KY 392 seven miles outside of town. Linda Henderson was traveling west on KY 392 when her car slid on a rainy and oil-slick road. She lost control of the car and it struck a tree. The driver was transported to Harrison Memorial Hospital for injuries sustained in the wreck.
Sept. 16 -- at 11:05 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred on KY 1054 5.7 miles outside town. Theodore Olin was traveling west when a deer stepped into his way.
Sept. 18 -- at 1:40 p.m. an injury accident occurred on Robinson Renaker Road. eight miles outside of town. On a rain-slick road, Kaci Baxter was traveling west when she lost control of the car on a curve. The car came to rest upside down off the roadway.
Sept. 18 -- at 11:52 a.m. an injury accident involving two vehicles occurred on Cook Road four miles outside of town. Kenny Williams was traveling west on Cook Pike when the brakes on his truck locked up. There were three passengers in the back of his truck. His car slid into the path of an oncoming vehicle driven by Michael Smith.
Sept. 18 -- at 7:20 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on KY 36 three miles of town. Angela Gravette was traveling west on 36 when a deer stepped into her way.

Case Reports
Sept. 14 -- at 11:59 a.m., Donald Spicer alleged that his grandson, Justin Spicer, stole, forged and cashed eight checks that he made out to himself for cash.
Sept. 14 -- at 11:20 p.m. Jeff Earlywine reported that someone entered his unlocked home and stole a safe containing four handguns.
Sept. 16 -- at 12:31 p.m. Virginia Sullivan reported that her neighbor’s dog was chasing and attacking her pregnant goat on her property. The neighbor, Randy True, reported that the goats continuously invade his property.
Sept. 18 -- at 5:45 p.m., Patricia Huber reported that her neighbor’s goats were in her property and chased her children into the house.
Sept. 18 -- at 12:00 p.m. Marquese Cutwright reported that someone stole his pistol from his car on Louis Stout Way.

Citations
Sept. 14 -- at 9:55 a.m.a citation was issued to James Tillman, 30, for failure to maintain required insurance.
Sept. 14 -- at 11:30 a.m. a citation was issued to James Cutwright, 50, for harrassment with physical contact, but causing no injury.
Sept. 16 -- at 2:14 p.m. a bench warrant was executed on Elza Miller for failure to comply with child support obligation.
Sept. 17 -- at 2:00 p.m. a citation was issued to Carolyn Browning, 64, for failure to produce an insurance card and no insurance.
Sept. 17 -- at 3:55 p.m. a bench warrant was executed against Travis Northcutt, 27, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
