Traffic Cases
Aug. 5 – At 3:11 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392 five miles from town. Megan Bryant was traveling on KY 392 when she rounded a curve and over-corrected causing her to travel over an embankment.
Aug. 3 – At 9:30 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Twin Creek Road six miles from town. Ralph Baldridge was traveling on Twin Creek Road when he met Stephanie Mastin at a bridge and struck mirrors.
Aug. 8 – At 6:35 a.m., an injury accident was reported on US 62 eight miles from town. Marcus McCane was traveling on US 62 when he entered a curve and lost control due to wet road conditions causing him to travel off the roadway and strike several trees before coming to a rest.

Aug. 1 – At 4:19 p.m., Marshall Nicholas Jr. reported that someone had removed a tractor battery from his property on KY 1032.
Aug. 5 – At 5:35 p.m., Tabitha Carr reported that her mailbox had been knocked over on KY 982.
Aug. 5 – At 7:33 p.m., William Hamilton reported that he had paid Cory Thompson $4,200 to replace his roof on KY 1842 and that he had not returned to finish the job.
Aug. 6 – At 7:41 p.m., Katherine Price reported that someone had removed a large black iron kettle from her yard on 4th Street Berry.
CITATIONS
Aug. 2 – At 2 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Andrew Grinstead, 29, for contempt of court.
Aug. 5 – At 10:46 a.m., a parole violation warrant was served on Martin Kendall, 38, for absconding parole supervision and failure to complete Halfway House program.
Aug. 5 – At 1:40 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Terry Wolford, 47, for first and second degree indecent exposure.
Aug. 5 – At 2:34 a bench warrant was served on Jackie Caskey, 56, for theft by unlawful taking.
Aug. 5 – At 4 p.m., a Campbell County warrant was served on Amanda Easley, 27, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first degree possession of a controled substance, buying or selling of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
Aug. 5 – At 7:02 p.m., a warrant was served on Carrie Mann, 28, for first degree possession of a controlled substance and second degree possession of a forged instrument.
Aug. 5 – At 2:30 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Virginia Sullivan, 40, for theft by deception including cold checks.
