Traffic Cases
June 27 – At 7:05 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392 two miles from town. Sarah Wilson was traveling on KY 392 when a deer jumped in the road causing her to hit the animal.
June 19 – At 6:51 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 36 six miles from town. Betty Jones was attempting to pull into a parking lot on KY 36 and turned in front of an oncoming vehicle driven by Shirl Saylor.
June 16 – At 9:52 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 1032 one miles from town. Zachary Rueger was traveling on KY 1032 when a deer came into the roadway causing him to swerve and hit an embankment.

June 19 – At 12 p.m., Frank Gevedon reported that someone had stolen his 4-wheeler from his property on US 27.
June 23 – At 3:28 p.m., Karle Franklin reported that someone had stolen copper line from a vacant home on Cook Road.
June 22 – At 10:07 p.m., Grace Dickinson reported that someone had stolen her 52-inch television from her home on Snake Lick Road.
June 29 – At 11:24 p.m., Rebecca Broshears reported that her window had been broken out on 4th Street Berry.
June 23 – At 7:56 p.m., Venice French reported that someone had broken into her home on Hall Lane and took several prescription medications.
June 29 – At 11:41 p.m., Courtney Workman reported that someone broke into her home on Old Lair Road and took a television and home stereo system.
June 27 – At 4:08 p.m., Bobby Barnes reported that a 16-foot tag-along trailer had been stolen from his property on KY 32.
June 30 – At 9 p.m., Keela Milner reported that a dog, owned by Crystal Giles, bit her.
June 28 – At 11:15 a.m., Jessica Cunliffe reported that she was assaulted by Craig Roberts while at 852 KY 1032 in Berry.
June 29 – At 10:50 a.m., Jason McIlvain reported that his trailer had been stolen while located at Mount Vernon Pike.
CITATIONS
June 28 – At 6:58 p.m., the Harrison County Sheriff deputies were called to Oddville Sunrise Road where they arrested Craig Roberts, 41, for fourth degree assault, second degree assault on a police officer, third degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, menacing and third degree terroristic threatening.
July 2 – At 12:55 p.m., a citation was issued to Samantha Smith, 20, for speeding and failure to produce an insurance card.
June 2 – At 1:20 p.m., a citation was issued for Mary Evans, 43, for speeding.
July 2 – At 2:10 p.m., a citation was issued for David Wagoner, 20, for speeding and failure to notify DOT of address change.
July 2 – At 2:28 p.m., a citation was issued for Tyler Logsdon, 27, for speeding.
