Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

May 3 – At 9:16 p.m., an injury accident was reported on Shadynook Pike six miles from town. Sean Florence lost control and went off the road causing him to hit a fence and become entangled in the fence.
May 7 – At 3:39 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Ladish Road. Mary Epperson and Judith Rawlings were attempting to back their vehicles up at Speedway and struck each other.
May 5 – At 1:57 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 36. Benjamin Robles was driving down KY 36 when he lost control and struck a tree and utility pole before flipping on the vehicles top in water.
CASE REPORTS
May 8 – At 7:31 p.m., Earl Sebastion reported that someone had made three unlawful transactions with his Farmers National Bank Card.
May 1 – At 7 p.m., Thomas Griffith reported that the back glass of his vehicle had been shot out by two children on Crooked Creek Road.
May 2 – At 3:35 p.m., Larry Perraut reported that he had found a handgun laying near the road on KY 32.
May 5 – At 2:30 p.m., James Stroub reported that he had been attacked by a pitbull near Oddville Sunrise Road.
May 7 – At 2 p.m., Nettie Adams reported that Richard Warmouth had walked behind a house and exposed himself to her while urinating.
CITATIONS
May 5 – At 4:20 p.m., Geraldo Rocha, 27, was arrested to for alcohol intoxication in a public place and failure to maintain required insurance.
May 5 – At 4:20 p.m., Ramon Rubio, 44, was arrested to for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
May 5 – At 4:20 p.m., Benjamin Rostro, 36, was arrested to for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
May 5 – At 4:20 p.m., Eduardo Reyneros Sr., 41, was arrested to for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
May 8 – At 6:45 a.m., a bench warrant was served on James Perkins, 23, for theft by unlawful taking and probation violation.
May 7 – At 2:36 p.m., a service for criminal summons was issued for Leanna King, 40, for parent responsible for children violation of compulsory attendance.
May 7 – At 1:40 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Melissa Hackney, 45, for parent responsible for children violation of compulsory attendance.
May 8 – At 8:42 p.m., Steven Ward, 45, for possession of handgun by convicted felon and possession of firearm by convicted felon.
May 9 – At 11:25 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Samantha King, 22, for theft by deception including cold checks.
