Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

Feb 24 – At 2:38 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 27 seven miles from town. Roger Brown hit a deer came that came onto the road.
Feb. 25 – At 4 a.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 36 two miles from town. Ronald Hobbs lost control in a curve causing him to hit a concrete culvert and travel upside down on an earth embankment before hitting a tree head-on.
Feb. 26 – At 5:59 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Wornall Lane two miles from town. Michael Harney was side-swiped by Katlynn Faulkner.
Feb. 25 – At 7:28 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 1284 near Claysville. Robert Delano was attempting to back into a parking space at Claysville Store when he backed into a stopped vehicle operated by Stephen Autry.
Feb. 23 – At 2:55 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Toadvine Lane seven miles from town. Adam Adair was backing his vehicle up on Toadvine Lane when he struck a vehicle operated by Earl Welte Jr. in the door.

Feb. 25 – At 4 p.m., Sheri Fryman reported that she had been threatened by her estranged husband.
Feb. 22 – At 3 p.m., Regina Fogle reported that a Nintindo and bouncy house were taken from her home on Nunnelley Road.
Feb. 27 – At 10:30 a.m., Tony Worrell reported that someone had cleared out three checking accounts and a credit card without his permission.
Feb. 28 – At 10:30 a.m., Sam Arnold reported that someone had broken into his property on Court Street and caused damage to the property inside including broken window and electrical damage.
Feb. 23 – At 5:42 a.m., Carl Cooper reported that a drunken driver had hit a mailbox on US 62.
Feb. 23 – At 7:26 a.m., Julie Myers reported that her mailbox had been damaged on KY 1842.
Feb. 24 – At 1 p.m., Nancy Canning reported that her former tenants had threatened to steal her horses on Clover Lane.
Feb. 24 – At 8:34 a.m., Mary Evans reported that someone had stolen a truck load of gravel from Nebo Road.
Feb. 22 – At 1:44 p.m., Samantha Hamilton reported that $311.41 had been charged on her Whitaker Bank card without her permission.
CITATIONS
Feb. 23 – At 7:59 p.m., Ronnie Smith, 57, was taken into custody due to him showing signs of being danger to himself.
Feb. 24 – At 9:15 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Steven Russell, 24, for theft by unlawful taking and flagrant non support.
Feb 15 – At 7:09 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Dwayne Moore, 29, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Feb. 25 – At 9:45 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Jessie McKinney, 24, for theft by deception including cold checks, failure to use child restraint, no license in possession, third degree criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest.
Feb. 22 – At 12 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Virginia Sullivan, 40, for theft by deception including cold checks.
