Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

Feb. 16 – At 5:44 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 62 three miles from town. James Walker said strong winds caused a mattress and box springs to blow out of his vehicle causing it to hit the windshield of a vehicle driven by Mark Doyle.
Feb. 16 – At 3:40 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 eight miles from town. Joy Gross said several deer were in the roadway and she was unable to stop before she hit one.
Feb. 20 – At 6:29 a.m., an injury accident was reported on US 62 west three miles from town. Casey Hardin was driving a tractor when she was struck in the rear by Tyler Martin.

Feb. 14 – At 4:55 p.m., R.J. Weyland reported that someone had been calling him and then hanging up.
Feb. 15 – At 5:18 p.m., Paul Zint reported that someone had driven through his fence on Dixon Road and caused over 20 feet of damage.
Feb. 17 – At 11:20 a.m., Jim Mitchell reported that several gallons of heating oil had been stolen from a tank belonging to Colemansville Church on KY 1054.
Feb. 18 – At 1:40 p.m., Kathryn Leopold reported that her child’s father had been sending harassing text to her.
Feb. 20 – At 2:40 p.m., Dave Coffey reported that eight batteries and a bag of aluminum cans had been taken from his yard on Smiley Branch Road.
Feb. 21 – At 8 a.m., Ronnie Smith reported that several items were missing from his home on KY 1842 including his car keys, a Ruger rifle and prescription medication.

Feb. 18 – At 1:20 p.m., a bench warrant was served on Elizabeth Tolliver, 30, for first degree promoting contraband.
Feb. 18 – At 10:45 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Vicky Howard, 46, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Jan. 29 – At 4:53 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Krystal Fryman, 28, for failure to maintain required insurance.
Feb. 19 – At 10:10 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Ted Rowland, for local violations.
Feb. 19 – At 10:30 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Mathew Stephens for two counts of theft by deception.
Feb. 20 – At 9 a.m., a criminal summons was issued for Henry Hogg, 43, for first degree wanton endangerment.
Feb. 20 – At 9:10 a.m., a service warrant was served for Robbie Williams, 36, for two counts of fourth degree assault.
