Traffic Cases
The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

Jan. 29 – At 1:37 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Wornall Lane two miles from town. Samantha Whalen rounded a curve and dropped off the side of the road causing her to strike a utility pole.
Jan.. 28 – At 2 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392 two miles from town. Larry White was stopped at a stop sign when his foot slipped from the brake pedal causing him to hit Loretta Kiskaden’s vehicle in the rear.
Jan. 30 – At 7:05 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Grays Run Pike three miles from town. Christopher Woolums was reportedly forced off the road by another vehicle causing him to strike a tree.
Jan. 28 – At 11:30 p.m., an injury accident was reported on Old Lair Road two miles from town. John Kuntz lost control of his vehicle in a curve causing him to leave the roadway and strike a fence.

Jan. 18 – At 8:02 p.m., Tootie Schoolfield reported that she had been threatened by Melissa Dotson.
Jan. 18 – At 10 a.m., Stephen Molo reported that a Kubota tractor and several implements were stolen while he was in Pennsylvania.
Jan. 18 – At 12:52 a.m., Norman Risner reported that he had been assaulted while in his home on Blackburn Road.
Jan. 20 – At 3 p.m., Wayne Stafford reported that two small trees had been damaged in his yard on Dutch Chapel Road.
Jan. 22 – At 2 p.m., Sharon Marsh reported that someone had used her credit card without permission.
Jan. 28 – At 6:14 p.m., Jennifer Denkins reported that $182.97 had been charged to her account without permission for flowers.
Jan. 17 – At 11:15 p.m., Dwana Knapp reported that she had been the victim of a home invasion on KY 32 where she was pulled from a home and assaulted by someone wearing a ski mask.
Jan. 24 – At 6 p.m., Sue Kelly reported that someone had damaged her mailbox on KY 32.
Jan. 23 – At 3:30 p.m., Ricky Juett reported that his home had been broken into on KY 1744 and several items taken including a guitar, amplifier, two lock boxes, a Dell laptop and several pieces of jewelry.
Jan. 26 – At 6:50 p.m., Kayla Turner reported that she had been assaulted.
Jan. 18 – At 4:07 p.m., James Howard reported that someone had broken into his home on Robinson Berry Road and taken several tools.

CITATIONS
Jan. 24 – At 5:08 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Vicky Howard, 46, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Jan. 3 – At 8:39 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Susan Kendall, 59, for cattle not to run at large.
Jan. 28 – At 2:30 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Crystal Reece, 25, for two counts of theft by deception including cold checks.
Jan. 25 – At 1:45 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Paul Anderson, 42, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Jan. 16 – At 2:30 p.m., a criminal summons was issued for Tiffany Muntz, 28, for theft by deception including cold checks.
Jan. 27 – At 9:45 p.m., Cindy McKinley, 53, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
