Nov. 29 at 7:33 a.m. -- non-injury, Ammerman Pike, William E. Nickerson, 48, Cynthiana, driving a 2005 Ford Mustang.

Nov. 30 at 10:46 a.m. -- injury, KY 36 W, James D. Green, 39, Berry, driving a 1993 Mercury.

Nov. 21 at 5:55 p.m. -- non-innjury, KY 36 W, Scott W. Bolton, 33, Cynthiana, driving a 2007 Toyota 4Runner struck a deer.
