Harrison County Homemakers to host annual Bluegrass Area meeting next week

On Friday, Oct. 19 Harrison County Extension Homemakers expect 200 visitors to Cynthiana as they host the Bluegrass Area Annual Meeting. The event will begin at 9 a.m. with morning refreshments and the business meeting at 9:30 a.m. at Cynthiana Christian Church. There are over 2,750 members in the nine counties in the Bluegrass Extension Area of Bourbon, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Harrison, Madison, Nicholas, Powell and Scott counties, the largest membership in the 14 Extension areas of the state.
