CITATIONS

Oct. 10 at 1:05 p.m. -- Billy J. Beckett, 30, Berry, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. second offense. Beckett was also arrested on a bench warrant from Harrison District Court for fleeing and evading police, second degree.

Oct. 10 at 9:45 p.m. -- Benjamin J. Arguello, 32, Paris, was arrested on a bench warrant from Harrison District Court for theft by deception including cold checks.
