The Harrison County man accused of trying to rob an elderly couple and who was chased from the house by the homeowner wielding a baseball bat, has pleaded guilty.
Robert Linville entered a guilty plea Friday afternoon as part of a plea agreement, said Commonwealth Attorney Doug Wright.
Linville was charged following the July 3 incident at Harold and Dorothy Slade’s Ammerman Pike home with first degree robbery, first degree burglary, convicted felon in possession of a handgun and persistent felony offender.
