Two Harrison County men were indicted during Tuesday’s grand jury session.

Howard Stanley, 43, was charged with two counts of rape, first degree, and sodomy, first degree.

The charges are for incidents, which allegedly occurred between May and October 1994.

Stanley’s bail is set for $80,000.

Steven Price, 20, was charged with burglary in the third degree, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

On July 26, 2008, Price allegedly entered and stole property from the Claysville General Store.

The grand jury alleges that on or around Aug. 19, 2008, Price received stolen property, valued at $300 or more, that he had reason to believe had been stolen from Debbie Biddle.

Price’s bail is set for $5,000, with his arraignment.
